   Noise level was good as restaurant was almost empty. The food was mediocre at best. The fried rice didn’t look like it hit a frying surface at all. The entree items didn’t come with rice at all. We had to pay for a white rice side. The service was horrible as we never received all items requested. The server was not attentive at all. As we were leaving the restaurant a couple walked up and said “it’s finally open for once”. This was 6:00 pm. Worse meal we had in Vegas. I was shocked.

   We chose the chili chicken which was good but just a little too salty. We had chicken fried rice which was also very good.

   The food was delicious. The service was great. Just don’t get water because they charge you. I paid nine dollars for a bottle of water.

   Everything Meh. Food was average and came out warm not hot. Tasted good-nothing unique. Think Chinese takeout in a strip mall. Kung pao chicken not spicy in the least. Dumplings average. White rice-extra? All of it average. Just ok.

   Honestly, just a solid meal. The entrées were tasty. Solid portion size. If you’re staying at the Virginia hotel and you’re just craving something quick and easy, I would highly recommend Chef Xue.

   The food was delicious but the service was kind of slow. Took asking several times for forks, most of us can’t use chopsticks and had to ask for soy sauce several times.

   The food was waaay overpriced first of all. The food wasn't very good, I mean I've had better at local Chinese restaurants. We had to ask about our cocktails 4 or 5 times and shouldn't have cause they were not good at all and also waaaay overpriced. We will not return and will advise against anyone we know going.

   Beautiful little restaurant with great ambience and excellent service. Food was wonderful, served family style for sharing. Good bar service too. Great value especially for Las Vegas! Would go again.

    Chef Xue is a relatively new restaurant in the Virgin Hotel Las Vegas. The staff were awesome and made it fun. It was not busy so the atmosphere was a bit quiet. The food was excellent and enjoyed by all.
