   Excellent meal. Wonderfully paced service. The bread service was amazing. Entrees were well prepared and tasted excellent. Definitely a favorite when we are in the area.

   It was another perfect night for us at Cherokee Grill. Every time we are in Gatlinburg, we eat here. We made Open Table reservations requesting to sit at our usual cozy table, and we were greeted immediately by the manager, James, who showed us to our requested table, After which Alex, our server, came to take our order. He was very personable, asking what we were celebrating and welcoming us back. Management obviously trains servers to refer to special occasions/requests! My husband and I ordered our usual Prosperity steaks-always delicious!, baked potatoes and salad, and we felt like we were coming home. This is an upscale yet cozy mountain restaurant that never disappoints! Thank you, Cherokee Grill and James and Alex, for being so attentive and taking such good care of us!!! God Bless!

   Our server was terrible. No silverware until our food got cold. Baked potato so cold butter wouldn’t melt , soup was congealed , prime rib sandwich ( half sandwich was fat). Delicious salad.

   Let me.start by saying, we made reservations on Valentines Day weekend, so I will come back eventually when it's not a very hectic holiday weekend to see if the experience is better then. Alot of this experience i believe is because of how busy it is so just be mindful of when you visit. The food was great! Great steak, great potato, appetizer, salad, etc. It took FOREVER foe the food to come out. I actually had to order a coffee after the appetizer and salad, because it took that long for our entrees to come to the table, lol. Also I literally had to park a 7 minute walk away from the restaurant. They have VERY limited parking. Be mindful of that for any reason that be a issue for you. It also was very loud and warm in the restaurant. I never could get comfortable or hear my wife at the table. Not a "intimate/romantic" setting for Valentines/Anniversary, etc. Because of the quality of the food I would love to give this rating more than a 3.5, but the experience was the experience.

   We were over an hour late for our reservation due to traffic, but they seated us right away. The food was amazing. It was my wife’s birthday and we had an amazing time. Love this place!

   Great service all around. French onion soup was amazing. Lobster mac and cheese was good but was a small portion. Drinks from the bar were good. Nice place. Would go there again.

   Well worth the time!! We had valentines reservations and were a bit early but seated within minutes! Our server was lovely and the food was phenomenal

    Valentine’s Dinner Our waitress Cloe was the best! She was friendly, efficient, & attentive! She is definitely a people person & should be in public relations. The food was very delicious! My filet mignon was perfectly cooked as ordered, which a difficult task. My husband’s ribeye was on point as well. House Salad was delish with house made ranch. We even had dessert for the special occasion which was cream brûlée cheese cake. It was amazing. I have one negative, which my personal dislike . The fresh bread was rosemary bread. I don’t care for rosemary so that is the only thing I would change. It had a great taste even with my disliking of rosemary. We will definitely return.
