   We arrived for our reservation to a line of about 50 people that also had reservations - nobody at the establishment would talk to anybody and basically everybody didn’t get in - including my family. Horrible experience.

   Absolutely awful establishment. They let you make a reservation and make you wait 1 or 2 hours in line before seating you. I thought I was special making a reservation, but turns out all the other people waiting in line hours also had reservations that were not honored by this horrible establishment. Do not dine here!!!

   They did not honor our reservation on NYE. We were one of about 30 reservations they turned away. Some had been waiting for over 90 minutes after their reservation time before being sent away. Terrible experience. It was even more frustrating considering we watched people at tables waiting over 30 minutes to even get a menu or to get a server to let them pay. Poorly run.

   It was New Year’s Eve, so take that into consideration. But took a real long time to be served, many people waiting to be seated and standing right next to us eating. Door kept being left open and it was uncomfortably cold. Most of the food was good, steak was served and it was almost raw. Asked to bring temp up and was returned a little warmer but no more cooked. Seemed like they were just understaffed for the night. But seems like a nice place, if I lived in town I would try it again.
