   Busy restaurant, good ambience, great service (thanks Emily) even if it was very busy at lunch. Had the burger - best burger ever, but it is big. Had the lunch combo, great price point and quantity. Overall great experience!

   Great experience It was our first time at chop the manager came over to welcome us and gave us a free appetizer to try Our server Monique was amazing gave us a run through of the menu came to check on us often Food was 10/10 will definitely be back Thank you chop for your high standard service

   Service seemed slow. Appetizer arrived before drinks. Loaded Baked potato wasn’t hot and inside wasn’t soft. Seemed like kitchen was also a bit behind and was just trying to get food out.

   Great experience. Food was great I had blue cheese wedge salad and NY strip loin. Our waitress Preston was awesome.

   A busy Tuesday night, every table filled, quite noisy. Our server arrived at our table before we even had a chance to settle in, described the menu, and quickly took our appetizer order. We weren't even offered water, never received a wine list and finally had to grab the server's attention to ask for both. As it was our first visit, a manager brought over a complimentary appetizer, tasty and much appreciated. But before we'd even had a chance to start eating that appetizer, one salad arrived. It was about 10 minutes before the other salad showed up, to the point that we thought that the order for the second salad had been missed. The wine, which should have been brought to the table before any food, arrived after that. Staff from the kitchen delivered the main course, quickly dropping the plates on the table and scooting off - without giving us a chance to even mention that our cutlery had been taken away with our salad plates and hadn't been replenished. Our server, who had taken the cutlery away with the salad plates, was missing-in-action until it was time for dessert. As for the food itself, the prime rib was good but the quality of the steaks was sub-par, to the point that management comp'ed us for one of the steaks (thank you!). Overall it seemed that management was really trying to keep customers happy, but were let down by inattentive service, poor pacing from the servers and the kitchen. Maybe it was just because it was so busy.

   Stop over before flying out of Toronto. Our server was exceptional. We ordered crab cakes to start and the regular prime rib, medium rare. Crab cakes were great. The mains were not as hot as we would have liked, but the flavours and textures were spot on. Nice, reliable spot near the airport.
