   Very pretty restaurant, that’s what attracted us to try it. But unfortunately that was the best part. Hostess had no idea what was going on, perhaps it was her first day? The restaurant was not busy at all and she had to go back to the front desk twice when we asked for one of the 10 open booths to sit at. Took 10 min to get seated walking around the restaurant. Bar made nice cocktails but did not have bar cherries - I thought was odd. I love my old fashions and that is a staple for me. There are doors beside the bar that lead to the patio, several times ppl would go out and come in rushing a wave of freezing cold wind at our table. My girlfriend was already freezing and that was very unenjoyable. Food was very good. Steak was very small. I ordered the larger option being 10oz strip loin , it was more of a baseball steak. One of the servers cleared our table and we got hit with a wave of bad Body odour. I should have went in with much lower expectations, as I was consistently disappointed, and I really enjoy visiting different higher end steak restaurants throughout the city. I would choose Keg over this place next time.

   Food and ambience were fine. Food took over an hour to get to the table. Servers trled to keep us happy but the wait was unacceptable. Best case they are experiencing major opening bumps.

   Incredibly great dining experience right down to the smoked old fashion. The value of this venue is exceptional. Try it over the steakhouse chains; it doesn’t disappoint!!!

   Over the top service and quality. Great ambiance, music and vibe was pumping, but not overbearing. Server Luke was awesome, super knowledgeable and friendly. Steak was slightly undercooked, but taken care of quickly with a few comps to make up for it. Will be back!!

   We had a wonderful experience tonight at Chop! The staff were very warming and welcoming, service was fantastic and the food was incredible. On multiple occasions the owners came to our table to ensure everything was to our liking. Chop is a modern and classy steakhouse with sleek and comfortable décor, ambient lighting, and sophisticated layout. Their menu is incredible, we chose two dishes with chicken, which were the best chicken we have tasted. We will definitely return to Chop time and again. Chop is the perfect location for those attending the National Ballet at the The Four Season’s Centre, as it is only a block away.

   Day 2 of opening and you would never have known. A bit pricey for 2 for lunch but food was good, service was very good

   We absolutely love this restaurant! The steak sauces were absolutely insane. I’m not a steak sauces guy. But this was so good. If I was Jesus at the last supper. I wouldn’t have shared.

    Attended the soft open. Food was fantastic, Olivia our server was great and very knowledgeable given the newness of the menu. We will go again, you should too!
