   Nice atmosphere. Waitress was attentive. The crab cake had a good amount of crab. Try the Kennett Square flatbread- nice and crispy. Cobb salad and Greek were large. I added the grilled shrimp to that which was delicious- 3 large shrimp. The seasonal cheesecake with peanut butter, chocolate and nuts was light. Overall a pleasant lunch.

   Was meeting the bridegroom’s parents for the first time so I took the option of designating this encounter asa special occasion and Chop House in turn seated us in a glass enclosed room where we were not subject to noise. Menu and specials offer something for everyone and Jen, our server, is friendly and attentive towards her customers.

   We had great service and food was good. The salmon dish was a little more coconut flavored than it typically is. The arancini are hands down the best item on the menu. We hope they never get rid of them. Overall, this is a solid choice for dining out on the area.

   My wife and I have been coming to the Chop House in Exton, Pa. for several years. We usually stop in every six weeks. We have never had a bad meal and the service is fantastic!!! First and foremost our server Amanda was FANTASTIC! Last night we ordered cocktails, they were awesome! Our arancini appetizer was great. For our main course I had the Chop House Burger and my wife had the Irish Burger. Both were ordered medium with fries. We also ordered the Crispy Brussels sprouts. To our surprise the burgers were much smaller than past burgers we have had and they were well done, not medium as ordered. Our “Crispy” Brussels sprouts were wilted, definitely not crispy. Needless to say we were disappointed. Hopefully this was just a one off experience. However, we thought you should know. All our prior reviews have extremely favorable.

   Oh no John I am so sorry!! I know you and you wife come in often and I can't apologize enough. I showed this to my chef and he is on it. You're right they probably looked smaller because they were overcooked. This is definitely not the experience I want you to have when you both come in!     We eat at the ChopHouse Grille fairly regularly. We love the service and the food. Danielle was our server tonight. She was knowledgeable about the menu and friendly! The food was, as always, outstanding. Your wont regret dining here!
