    Everything at this place was so AMAZING the food was FULL of FLAVORS!!! My husband and I ordered the Golden bowl with all the meats and it was loaded!!!! The beef patties were soo delicate and it was cooked to perfection! The hibiscus tea and lemonade was so refreshing as well!!

    Took my sister out on a sib-date here Tuesday night as she hadn’t been before! Although I’d been to the POST location, it was my first time going to the Westheimer location. Needless to say “WE WILL BE BACK!!!”. The TRAD, GOLDEN and the BLACK STAR are my go tos. ChopnBlok never ceases to amaze 🙌🏾✊🏾

    Great food. Great service. Unique offering. In a city loaded with diverse food, they’ve elevated a region that deserves recognition. West African cuisine deserves the respect this restaurant gives it. And Houston is lucky to have it.

    The food is so rich and flavorful. I savored every bite of my golden bowl. I would drink an Oga Palmer everyday if I could, it's so good with or without alcohol. :) The staff is amazingly courteous and the artwork throughout the restaurant is beautifully curated. I love the big communal tables that invites strangers to become friends. So glad to see ChopnBlok make its mark in Montrose and hope it continues to grow for years to come.

    Food was amazing from appetizer to the main dishes the service was knowledgeable of the menu. The environment and set up is also very unique. They hit the bullseye!!
