Last night, we were transported to Shanghai for a modern elevated Chinese experience. Very creative, inventive with amazing flavors. Every dish was outstanding and we had many dishes. We even ordered the crab fried rice to go for lunch today. We will be back to try the rest of menu especially the Peking duck!

Fabulous feast for a dinner party for 8 The duck is fabulous, we ordered 2 Tuna sashimi and cumin with caviar we’re so delicious Great service, best High end Chinese restaurant in town

Coming from the New York area we had many options for Chinese/American restaurants. Many were not great, but a handful were wonderful! What appealed to me about Choy was that they limit the menu and do every dish wonderfully! The attention and knowledge of the staff was second to none! They spoke with us, not down to us and seemed to genuinely want us to have a wonderful experience. We ordered the Peking Duck and while I was concerned about the 1 hour wait, the appetizers and drinks came out at the perfect pace to keep us satiated and entertained. It was my birthday, and they gave me a card signed by the staff and had personalized the menus! WOW! This is a special occasion place for us because of the $$$ but it was worth it, and we can't wait to go back and bring friends!

Excellent Birthday Dinner! The custom menus were so special. The expertise of the service staff was amazing! The Food and Bev? 10/10. They’d ran out of the yellowtail tuna but that gave us another reason to come back!

Food was great! However, service was a bit too attentive. But even with overly attentive service, the timing between courses seemed off- like the kitchen couldn't keep up. So lots of server attention but long waits for food. Whole meal for 3 people took almost 2 hours. I would have preferred if they had served everything as it was ready, sharing style. Instead of very distinct spacing between courses. Really didn't understand why our protein (the trout) & veggies were served before the noodle dish. Would have preferred them all at the same time.
