   Food was excellent, and the ambiance is subtly reminiscent of days gone by where finer dining was far more elegant than it is today. Bravo on both. Service was efficient and friendly, but it was difficult to understand our server at times, and he didn't give very clear or complete answers to some questions. Suggestion: reserve the far dining room (furthest from bar area) for those who meet a basic dress code for dinner. It really puts a fly in one's soup when they're dressed in nice clothes and had a wash beforehand, to be enjoying a delicious osso bucco and chianti while seated adjacent to some slovenly sot dressed in a hoodie and old sneakers. I understand most people could not care less, but maybe you could find a quiet corner for those who do, and seat them together, away from the TV and the sports bar attire.

   Soup and salad are included with your entree. Entrees come in large portions so make sure you are extra hungry. The food is delicious. I had the poached salmon which was cooked to perfection and served on a bed of spinach. Rice pilaf, cauliflower and broccoli added color to the plate. My husband had the lamb chop and he loved it. I highly recommend this restaurant .

   This Italian restaurant had a specialty menu for NYE, and only two dishes were pastas (one of which was seafood and I don’t eat seafood). Nowhere did they mention they were going to have a special menu with only two Italian dishes and the rest nasty and extremely overpriced choices. They did not have the courtesy and common sense to say this on Opentable, their website, or any social media pages. When I very kindly inquired to the toothless waitress if any of the several pasta dishes they usually have were available, she rudely said, “Nope. Your call if you wanna stay” and walked away. I’ve never been so annoyed and inconvenienced. Don’t waste your time here. We ended up going to The Italian Daughter, which was superb. Ambience, food and service was impeccable at The Italian Daughter.

   Instead of the regular menu, they had a short set menu with double prices. That is unacceptable especially for a supposed high class restaurant. They wouldn’t let us order from the regular menu and we didn’t know about the set menu till we sat down. Manager didn’t apologize for miscommunication.

   Rochell was great; mate d was gracious; very good. The food was good & hot unlike Italianos T They’re local & deserve our support They earned it. hey were very busy but had time for everybody

    As always, Christos never disappoints. It was lively and festive and a great way to spend Christmas Eve with family. We’ve gone every Christmas Eve for about 10 years.
