   Food and service were amazing, even with a reservation, we had to wait an hour for our table. That’s a little ridiculous. I would still recommend

   Atmosphere was strange upstairs and we felt forgotten. We waited hours for our food to come, understood that it was a busy Saturday night but it took for too long. The food (when it finally decided to come) was cold and flavorless. Service was bare minimum. We will not return.

   From start to finish, our experience was amazing! Our server Justin was beyond awesome and all the food was top notch!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you for sich a great and memorable experience!!

   Crown jewel Gloucester City high end steakhouse offering steaks, seafood, italian, & insane desserts specifically the carrot cake. Skillfully prepared cocktails & curated wine list. Service is top notch without hovering. Views are varied - I like the window seats providing a vantage point to a city on the rise without leaving its history behind.

   We have been here many times. It was very busy for Valentine’s. We waited 40 minutes for our meal but many customers around us that arrived well after us were being served their meals. Our server was really good and nice and did let us know the kitchen was busy. So our steak was not hot, warm at best. We didn’t send it back because we didn’t want to wait any longer. We will be back but not on a holiday.

   First time at Chubby's, food, drinks and service was excellent. Our waiter was very pleasant and gave outstanding service. Will definitely go back.

   This was our second visit to Chubby's, and it did not disappoint. The live jazz music was just the right volume, and the staff was friendly and attentive. My filet and lobster were perfect, and my wife loved her lamp chops. If I could offer any constructive criticism, it would be about the wine list. Apparently, they are redoing their wine selection, so our server asked us to pick a wine, then pick a backup from their wine list just in case and we did just that. Both of our wine choices were Malbec wines. Our waitress returned to say they have neither Malbec wine on hand then introduced us to the young lady responsible for redoing the wine selection since she knew more about wine. Out wine person then apologized and recommended a Zinfandel wine to try instead. We asked about their other Malbec wine selections on the wine list and were told they had no Malbec wine available at all. I swear that this was barley an issue for us but if this young lady is the one redoing the wine selection why couldn't she cobble together and print a simple wine list with a few choices of each varietal that they actually have on hand versus the wait staff having to tell the customer to choose a wine then choose a backup wine from an old outdated 3–4-page wine list that is totally inaccurate only to have to come back to the customer to apologize, re-explain the wine reorganization going on and start all over again. It just felt sloppy and unnecessary. Of course, I didn't blame our server for this, nor did it really matter to us, but some people think differently, and I really feel it's unfair to the wait staff to take that hit since they bust their butts to make sure the dining experience is perfect and have no control over the wine list and wine selection. Just my 2 cents on that. All in all, it was truly a great experience and a fantastic meal.

   Made a reservation well in advance for Valentine’s Day (mid December) and ended up being seated on the second floor in an odd shaped table in the middle of the room. The early resi should have secured me a street level seat. Ordered a couple drinks and was told our bread would be out shortly. Three other couples were seated well after we were and all received bread before us. Inquired about an app (how many bacon wrapped shrimp ) and server told us wrong amount. Kinda disappointed in that. Would have ordered another choice had he told us right amount. Both of our drinks were empty for a while and and server only asked me if I wanted a refill. Not my wife. Food was great (ribeyes and steak fries). Asked for ketchup and it wasn’t brought out until our meals were finished. Carrot cake and coffee were very good. Server was running around frazzled the entire time. Not a good look especially a day like Valentine’s Day. I understand it’s busy but this was bad. Not sure if this is a training issue or what. Based on this I don’t see us returning

    Celebrated Valentines Day at Chubbys. Their Thursday Steak out special was great. My wife had a 14 ounce New York Strip. I had the 16 ounce Rib Eye. Wife’s strip steak was cooked spot on. However, my Rib Eye came undercooked. Waitress returned steak. When returned, it was exactly medium rare. Waitress service was excellent.
