French onion soup fiasco.....hindsight....we shouldn’t have had to pay for cold soup. Yes, it was sent back and reheated, but not returned to our table until we got our entrees.

I spent my birthday at Chuck's Roadhouse with my family and we had a lovely evening. The food was great, the waiters were friendly, overall was a great experience. We will come again!

Poor service. They had no record of my reservation. Food was horrible. Ordered a steak medium and it came out well done.... DO NOT EAT HERE
