   It was Christmas Eve and making a reservation was easy. But service was bad. I had a salad. I think I waited 45 minutes for a bowl of soup. Food service was just overall very slow. I would probably not go back for a special holiday again.

   The hostess was not friendly. Many other guests were seated before us. We were seated in the very back of the restaurant and treated as a walk in, even though we had a reservation. It was run down and had a cold draft in the back, unlike the tables toward the front. I received the wrong food orders twice. Our waiter was nice.

   Came to this location for mine and my wife's wedding anniversary. We sat down, and the gentlemen that sat us down asked if we were celebrating something special, I said yes, our wedding anniversary. He acknowledged and said we will take very good care of you. He said, "Let's get you guys started with some champagne." The actual server who waited on us was off. He took a while before he even came to ask us what we wanted to drink. Then, when we got our drinks, he didn't even ask if we wanted any appetizers. He just dropped our drinks and walked off. We waited for him to come back. About 10 mins later. He came back and asked if we were ready to order. I told him my wife would like some plantain chips to start with.10 mins later he came asked if we were ready to order. I ordered the calamari for an appetizer. Once he brought that to us. He would walk past our table didn't ask if we were good. Finally, about 15 mins after we got our appetizer, we flagged him down and said we're ready to order. Once our food came out, we would have to keep looking for him and flagging him down when we needed something. He would just keep walking past our table and didn't even ask how our food was, or my wife if she wanted another drink. When her drink was already almost gone. So, I flagged him down again and asked him to get her another drink. I had to flag him down about the lobster tail I ordered on the side. Showed him it was undercooked. He took the plate and took it to the back and guess had them cook it more, and this time, it was overcooked and dried out. So we didn't even eat that. We finished eating our food, flagged him down again, and asked for to go boxes. He was quick to give that to us and the check that we didn't even ask for yet. Paid and about to leave when he came out with a dessert plate and said, "Oh, sorry, this is for your anniversary. Do you want a candle or something?" We both said we would rather go to the Memorial City location instead. We did not enjoy our dinn

   My sisters and I dined at Churrascos for the first time to do try out the restaurant and exchange Christmas gifts. Although a little pricey, we were pleasantly surprised at the variety of food on the brunch buffet. We were expecting to order only from the menu, but really enjoyed the taste of buffet items. The food was well seasoned and refilled frequently. Our server was very pleasant and accommodating.

   The weekend buffet is outstanding. Lots of choices from omelets to desserts and everything in between. Everything is good.

   A great dining experience. I had never been to a Churrascos location so I had no particular expectation. I was greatly surprised by the food, atmosphere, and service I found.

    I made a reservation almost a month in advance for our 32 anniversary When we got there, our table was reserved but not set up for 4 per our reservation. We ordered drinks and my seabreeze was very weak but was corrected when brought to their attention. We ordered appetizers thar was great. Dinner for everyone was good but I ordered a medium rare steak and it was medium well the manager did offer to take it back but I refused because everyone else was eating and if I waited for the new steak I would be eating by myself. Dessert was fabulous Our waiter was great and very attentive to our problem. Our bill was adjusted accordingly as I sent my plate back. We have eaten here a number of times and they are a Great place to eat. It was just a bad night
