Chutneys is one of the best restaurant located in the heart of Wallingford, in the southwest corner of the Wallingford center mall, where chefs provide the secrets of great Indian cooking - like how to combine fresh ingredients and spices - to create authentic Indian dishes that you’ll enjoy sharing with your family and friends. We have the perfect location for you to spend your valuable time and money with your family and friends. We have full bar and bigger seating areas with comfortable booths as well as a great patio seating around a very beautiful fountain. You can stay and enjoy the sun or just feel the evening breeze. We provide our customers with mouth watering delicacies like Lamb Rogan Josh, Sri Lankan Seafood Curry, Mango Chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala (our signature butter cream sauce) and vegetarian dishes like Saag Paneer, Veggi Jalfrezi. For the best of our customers, we do provide some vegan entrees as well. We are pleased to serve you our best with a reasonable price.

    Took friends who live in Orange County. Usually a challenge to find a good restaurant they will enjoy since they have a fairly sophisticated palate. But Chutney's completely fit the bill. Excellent food and the service was wonderful. We all completely enjoyed our experience and I would highly recommend it again.

    This was an unfortunate evening at Chutney's Wallingford. We were seated adjacent to a couple who were making out intermittently during the meal, and a large, noisy family was seated next to us in the middle of the meal. Topping it off, it felt like the server was rushing us...my partner had finished dining but I was still eating when the server started clearing the table. At that point I threw in the towel and just wanted to leave. Normally a fine low-priced meal...but this evening was a definite miss.

    Wow! I never have had a more unpleasant and grumpy server. From the time I stepped into the restaurant, she was on the rude side and immediately argued the point about my reservation w/Open Table and concluded, she could not hear me! All she seemed to be interested is selling drinks and that for lunch. I had to wait for my guest, and by the time we were ready to eat, we had lost any interest in ordering drinks! The food was good, the cooks friendly and the host (he must be the owner) who came in later took over. I will go there again, realizing that I must not expect great service!

    Chutney's is one of my favorite restaurant. The food is ALWAYS excellent and the service is great. I have also ordered delivery from time to time and the owner always delivers with a smile.
