   - Service was extremely poor, waited 40 mins for a drink that didn’t arrive. - Staff were rude on entering the restaurant, slamming the menus down on the table and pointing us to sit at the table. - Wait times for service were far too long, waited 10 mins for cutlery. - Main courses were cold, but a server never came over after giving main courses until we complained and asked for the bill. There were also no servers to speak to, everyone was rushing around or saying they’d be back in a minute

   Very busy and popular restaurant. The food was delicious. Greeting on arrival was very friendly and the service was efficient during this peak period.

   We thoroughly enjoyed our dining out experience at Cibo Hale on a cold January night! From the warmth of the welcoming at the door to the extra heating to ensure comfort and choice of table once inside we were impressed with the high service levels throughout the evening and excellent food offerings that deserve full marks from us on this occasion!

   Food was pretty standard for an Italian and we enjoyed our meal however its was so rushed. No sooner had we eaten our starter than our main was placed in front of us. I really hate this kind of table turnover service. Upper terrace was quite noisy due to several larger group bookings.

    I had eaten at the Cibo in Wilmslow about a month before . And my wife had asked where I was to go to meet up with good friends for a meal. I said I wanted to eat fish and the Halibut and Sea Bass were fantastic there, I had had the halibut. Our friends were delighted with the choice as they tend only to eat fish and in the end I had the Halibut again, My wife had the Sea Bass and our friends had the fish platter for two. It was all fantastic . The staff were lovely. Booking on Open Table was simple, and so the evening was great. Thank you
