   The service was poor - waitress made no effort to engage or to be welcoming and we had to ask various times for drinks, water, etc. It took 30 minutes to get our first drinks. We had booked online saying it was our anniversary - and they never asked or mentioned it at all! We found the service provided to be cold and distant - no attempt to make diners feel special or welcome. The food was very good, but noise levels were very loud, and what could have been a lovely anniversary was tainted by poor and impersonal service.

   The table on the mezzanine level was ideal . We felt included in the buzz from downstairs but able to talk. The food was great but the waiter was superb! A charming engaging young man who couldn’t do enough.

   Very under-seasoned food, completely average at best and ridiculously expensive considering. The older Italian gentleman who took our payment was extremely rude and stuck up. Nobody came to check that we were happy with our food. Poor service, bland average food and a steep price - won’t be returning and definitely won’t be recommending Cibo to people anymore.

    Love this place. This was a return visit with our daughter and, as last time, did not disappoint. The staff are so attentive and the food absolutely delicious. Atmosphere and decor are gorgeous too.
