Chef Ati Malaj has been in the restaurant industry for over 25 years with Ciccio being his fourth restaurant in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
When you eat at Ciccio, you will gracefully taste his carefully crafted choices of ingredients. He is consistently raising the bar with innovated twists on all of his dishes.
Our mission is to have a place with not just extraordinary food, but also one that will make you feel at home, offering the highest standards in quality and service. From the logo to the silverware, every single detail was thought out and it has a why behind it. Talking about our logo, we don’t call it just a logo; we wanted it to tell a story and that’s exactly how it turned out. As simple as it looks, it tells our story.
The word “Ciccio” [pronounced CH EE – ch oh] means “sweetheart/an affectionate way of calling someone you love” in Italian, and that is exactly how he and his family feel about this place and what it represents to them.

My husband and I took all of our children and their spouses here to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. The food, drinks, service, and live music were exceptional! We highly recommend!

Server wasn’t attentive to us. Customers that came 15 minutes after us was served same appetizers that we order twice as fast. My husband communicated to our server how he wanted his steak prepared. And server put in the order incorrectly. Then brought our food to the wrong table. Horrible experience! Want be back!

Always a nice meal and 50% Wine Wednesdays are a great deal. The menu could use an update and expansion, but the food is always good. Can be a little loud (live musician needs to be more in the background)

We have been dining here since the opening and there are many things we love about this restaurant- the food is always great, service is excellent and decor is very nice. However there are some things we totally hate. For starters, the tables are way too close together and as a result, the noise level is off the charts. Second, in their effort to cram as many tables into the place as possible, there are some tables where people waiting are virtually on top of you if you are unlucky enough to draw one of these tables near the entrance And of course, if it’s cold out, that blast of frigid air on you will spoil any fine dining experience. With the opening of outdoor seating, maybe these problems will lessen as the weather gets warmer.

We love this place!!! We decided to try it to make up for our awful Valentines dinner at a different place. Ciccio did not disappoint! It’s my new favorite Italian spot. I’ll raise my review to 5 stars when they figure out how to seat reservations in a timely manner. We had reservations for 2 people at 7:00 and didn’t get seated until 7:40. Either they overbooked, seated walk-ins before reservations or the hostess was inexperienced and needs training. Either way, 40 minutes is too long to wait when we had reservations. The staff was very friendly, even the hostess when we asked about our table. Once seated everything was great, from the service to the food. We loved the Burrata and Focaccia to start. My favorite was the lobster ravioli. It was so good I almost order one to go. The tiramisu was excellent and the drinks were good too. We’ll make this our go to whenever we want Italian. Overall fantastic experience. On second thought, don’t go there. It’s already crowded. Happy dining!

My husband and I love to eat at Ciccio's, Our last visit on 2/21/25 was awful. We made reservations for our Anniversary for 6pm. We arrived and began to be seated when I realized how cramped the tables were with people standing everywhere waiting for a table. Obviously, no reservations. Our waiter came and announced that he had only been there a week. With each question about a cocktail or wine, an entre', etc. he had to go to the back and check. He wanted to push us to allow him to bring the bread, bring the main course, and hurry with dessert. There was no chit-chat as we had before with other waiters. No "excuse me" when the waiters brushed by my chair knocking my scarf and coat askew (which happened every time one passed to serve other tables. We left wondering if we would ever return. Food wonderful, service not so good.

Sure! Here’s a balanced and professional review: We had a great experience with the service—our server was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was a bit of a mixed bag. While the potatoes and broccoli were fantastic, the chicken was unfortunately dry and lacked seasoning. My husband, however, really enjoyed his meal. It’s possible the kitchen was having an off night, so we might give it another try in the future.

Food and service were top notch. While the live music was a nice touch it and the singer was so loud you couldn’t carry on a conversation at the table. Really need to make it more background level.
