The food was excellent, though it was quite expensive, I thought I was eating in NYC.

Service Was AMAZING! Food was ABSOLUTELY DISAPPOINTING! Order a lot from the menu and honestly it was not worth the price. Ordered Kampachi-to sour due to the yuzu scallop-NO crab cakes-delicious but so small Crispy Rice-decent Bone in Rib Eye-ordered medium rare came out hella rare and tasted bland. Cino Pinwheel-disappointed that the truffles was grated and not sliced Beef tartare-NO Veal Osso Bucco- mehhhh Twice baked potato- better off with mash potato Overall best thing I liked was the alcohol

Family shared this place found at Aalii Place at Ward Village. The food was great….the service was excellent. The appetizers were very good. We had their Kumamoto oysters and their Charred Spanish Octopus as appetizers. Had their 25oz Ribeyed bone in Steak with Broccolini for one of their sides. My other half had Cino’s Pinwheel. The food was good. Cino has excellent people working there. The service was exceptional. Dylan and his team provided continuous care at our table. He explained their specials and answered our questions. His team brought the meals and filled our glasses. Our table was cleaned after they took away the appetizer plates, dinner plates and dessert plates. They received four stars and not five after reflecting on the meal and value. The service was five stars.

As usual, the meal and service were great. Our waiter, Roman was very attentive and fun. A professional wait person for sure. It was funny in a way that 3 things we ordered weren't available. 2 entrees (pork chop and Chilean sea bass. And Kona Coffee gelato. That wasn't Roman's fault. But our desserts were comped. The noise level continues to be a huge problem at Cino. We purposely go early before it gets noisy. But once it started to fill up, having a conversation with our guests was very difficult. My throat is sore this morning from having to talk loud. This has been the situation every time we've dined there. they need to address this. The only option is to reserve a table outside.
