I was expecting more out of a park city restaurant. The atmosphere was pretty nice. However, the table covered with paper and with crayons on the table took it down a notch. I'm all for letting kids be kids, but grown adults don't need paper over the linens. The waiter forgot the bread. The cannoli filling was good, but the shell was far too crunchy. My date's lasagna was good, but my alfredo was fair at best. Needed more flavor, the noodles were swimming in sauce, and the noodles were a bit too al dente even for me. I wouldn't go back, but it wasn't terrible. I would just look for a better option, cause this isn't it.

The food at Cisero's was excellent. Started out with the grilled Artichoke app and it was incredibly tasty. It must be coated in great oil and seasoning. Then I had the chicken parm and I had them put it in a pink sauce and it was fantastic and a huge portion for a great price. My wife had the shrimp scampi and the shrimp were cooked perfectly on a nice bed of fettuccine with a great lemon sauce. I grew up in NY and live in Scottsdale AZ now and I thought the food was great !

Obnoxious server made the evening hard to enjoy. Food was fine but not great and took over an hour to arrive.

We arrived late for brunch (stops at 12:30) however the waitress asked the chef and they accomidated us without any drama at all. Brunch was delicious as well as the $2 mimosa and bloody Mary s.

The food was very good and the service was excellent. Specials are offered and are a great value. Wine list was excellent with many great Italian wines. Ambiance was unsettling as we had to refuse the first table offered across from the kitchen on a night that was not very busy. Our server Christopher was great and met our every need. Unfortunately there was another server nearby that was very loud and boisterous which dampened the ambiance considerably.

First time here and at 10:30 a.m. the restaurant was understaffed and unprepared for the day. The one server for the whole place was pleasant but slow. Finally got some coffee but they seemed to not understand the need for spoons and when they got busy we lost our server. The food was good and the sunny back room was very pleasant.

We have been coming out to Park City for the last 7 years and each time we come we make sure that we eat at Ciseros Ristorante. As always the restaurant did not disappoint! We sat outside on a beautiful evening and enjoyed a great bottle of wine and a terrific meal.

Took a large group for dinner and was disappointed. He was too much for the type of restaurant the Ciseros is. Everyone in the place knew what we were ordering because he was so loud, he didn't know his wines very well which I thought was very poor for a server to not know their wines and he was hustling for no apparent reason because we were in no hurry and wanted a leisurely dinner. The food quality wasn't what I thought it should be for the price and half of our food either wasn't ordered with the rest so it came out after we were finished eating.

We were slightly late arriving due to Art festival traffic. When we got there we were seated immediately, however it was a table in front by a wall. It felt closed in. The server was ok. He started off very attentive then got really slow and sloppy with follow up. The food was good and came out quick. When the bill came it did not add up correct. The server did not charge us for two sodas or at least it was not listed but the bill was higher than the items listed. This also screwed up the math which was listed for the auto tip. It too was higher. If he did not charge me for the soda why would bill be higher? It took so long for server to come back that I just took the difference out of his tip. Overall good spot. Service average.
