This place was beautiful with the downtown view. Our server Shawn was incredibly nice and funny! Sadly, the food was not what I was expecting at all. It wasn’t delicious. For the price, we were expecting something really outstanding. We were super excited to check this place out hoping it would be one to come back often… We did enjoy the view, though!

The only thing this new location has going is the views. Otherwise, this was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in Houston in 4.5 years of living here. I booked a reservation for 3:15pm in which me and my guests were on time for. We were seated fairly quickly but the rest was downhill from there. After waiting nearly 2 hours, the only items we received were our drinks and 1 side order. When we asked our server what the issue was he simply did not have the answers. But he did mention he told the manager to come talk to us. After pointing the manager out, we realized he had been sitting at the table next to us having conversations with guests as if he did not have a restaurant full of guests to attend to. We’ve never seen anything like it. Instead of addressing an obvious issue with the kitchen, the manager chose to avoid us altogether. At this point we made the decision to just leave. Even while standing outside, other guests had the same exact complaints: they never received the food they ordered and the manager ignored them. I’m not sure what the issue is with this manager or ownership of this location but they won’t be open for much longer treating guests this way.

The atmosphere and server were absolutely great. Our reservation was for 2:15; we received one of two of the food at 3:45. The cook canceled food without notifying the server of what she did or did not have in the kitchen. We ended up leaving with no food. The bar manager was very accommodating but for this being our first time, we were highly disappointed

This was my second time coming here. First time about a month ago for dinner and the manager and head cook got into a verbal almost physical confrontation in the middle of the restaurant. They were out of several menu items. Wanting to give them another try, I came for brunch. Same thing. Went to order a don’t have the spinach artichoke dip, gumbo, and several others. Very disappointing. We also had reservations and 3 hours later, only had appetizers and drinks- no food. The waiter kept saying it was coming out but never did. Then we kept seeing tables get served their entrees that came at least 40 min after us. I’ve had enough and will not return to this establishment nor will I recommend it to anyone. They need to get it together or they’ll be closing again soon.

Unfortunate and disappointing experience! I had high hopes for my brunch reservation on Sunday, May 18, 2025. My reservation was at 1:30 for a party of 3. As I was sitting there on the patio, I enjoyed the vibe and the ambiance and even texted someone to recommend the restaurant for a party of 15 graduation brunch. Shortly after, we asked our waiter if we could move to the table next to us so that we wouldn't be directly in the sun. He was very accommodating, but the hostess came to the table, cleaned it and rudely told us we couldn't do that because they were fully booked. We were left dumbfounded because we were just asking to move to a table next to us with the same number of seats. The reasoning made no sense at all. We order an appetizer for the table and two drinks. That finally came out 30 to 45 minutes later. At 2:55, one of the meals came out, which was just a salad with salmon. We asked the waiter, and he apologized and asked if we would like to speak to the manager. Brandon, the manager came over, very casual, almost too relaxed to be a manager and "kept it real" with us and told us about the short staff and about how the chef works individual tickets and not the who table, which explained why one meal came out and the other two didn't. He offered to comp our appetizer and drinks and was appreciative of the feedback that he was given as a manager and the restaurant. I really want to give this restaurant another try on a not so busy day, but I'm a little on the fence as this also happened to a friend of mine on the same day an hour later! I can only hope it gets better quickly. A lot of business will be lost if this continues unfortunately.

We were seated on the patio at the time of our reservation. It was crowded but not packed! As expected, the service was good. There was a bit of a wait on the water and mimosas but it was busy and the rest of the experience made up for it. Our waiter Jarrett was great. He answered questions about the menu, was very friendly and attentive. The food was perfect even though it was busy. We were able to get a vegetarian dish and a regular dish. I can’t wait to go back for dinner very soon.

10s across the board the food was great except those crawfish hushpuppies they were dry and terrible but everything is was divine. I was so pleased with my dining experience I made a second reservation before we left. Great for brunch lunch or HH.

We were looking forward to dining here, however there were multiple items off of the menu that the restaurant was out of. I ordered a cup of gumbo it came out cold. I sent it back but it never came back. Our waiter Lucid was very nice to us, he apologized multiple times for the long wait, no food and my gumbo not returning to the table. We will like to give the restaurant a second try when we feel they have figured out what they need to do in order to keep things like this from happening again. Thank you
