   Exceptionally good service/focus to ensure a great dining experience. Menu and beverage offerings complementary to a higher end restaurant. Food quality and presentation excellent, especially for the price points. Ambience and table set up for room was comforting and cozy. Noise level too high for stimulating conversations

   Caesar salad was just OK…expensive for a mediocre salad. Our steaks were perfect. The sides we very good.

   While our food was OK overall, it was inconsistent - some excellent, some not so good. The service started out great with our server named April. She was knowledgeable about the menu, friendly and helpful. However, the drinks we ordered seemed to take way too long to arrive even though the restaurant was not particularly busy when we arrived. Then April disappeared and began taking orders at other tables and our service level dropped remarkably. We constantly had to ask for water and iced tea refills, poured our own wine, etc. and the food took way too long to arrive. Lastly, the Irish Coffee I ordered was not made correctly as it only contained black coffee and a small amount of Irish whiskey but no heavy (or whipped) cream. Overall, we were hoping for a good experience on our first visit to City Hall and were disappointed. If you want to be considered one of the Tulsa areas top level steakhouses like Mahoganys, Bull in the Alley, Pryme, Jimmy's chophouse, etc. then you are really going to step up the service levels and food consistently.

   Second visit to City Hall and both times we have loved it! Food is excellent and we love the ambiance. Definitely a date night go to!

   Atmosphere was nice- for the price point you all need to step it up big time. Nowhere near Mahogany standards. My cocktail was good and the rib appetizer was good. Steak was boring as heck and not impressed with the quality at all. We all had ribeyes. No flavor and tasted like burnt charcoal and honestly the meat was tough. Waitress was ok but definitely not great and at your price point you really need high quality staff not outback staff. The au gratin potatoes were not good nor was the collards. If we are spending $300 plus we will go Mahogany. Great job in the woodwork and the bar area is decorated nice. It’s the small things too. There was no manager asking about quality, nobody asked about the steak temp or if it was cooked properly (it was not) no special added touches. When you are trying to be a high end establishment you need to pay attention to everything otherwise you fall short and being new it’s very important to be on point.

   The food was outstanding from the appetizer to the shareables and entrees. The service was among the best ever. My daughter who is nonverbal and in a wheelchair was with us, and our server addressed her throughout the meal. My whole family was impressed at the service provided.

   First time in to City Hall. The best crab cake in Tulsa hands down. Pork Chop was outstanding albeit the sauce does over-power it a bit. Of all the filet-cuts around Tulsa, it’s our 2nd favorite. Loved this place and it’s local. Will make this a regular spot for sure.

    First experience dining at this establishment. We loved seeing this come to Jenks, and was excited to try it out. There have been mixed reviews, but we were hopeful for a positive experience and we were honestly not let down. Steven and Lorenzo at the bar did a fantastic job taking care of us and the chef did awesome as well. From the amazing collard greens, the perfect sear on the steak, and the delicious strawberry ice cream cake, the kitchen deserves a huge round of applause. Great job City Hall!
