                                                                        City Tap is my go to place for “Elevated Sports Bar - Tap House. Food is high quality, local dishes nicely plated. Service was over the top. Shauna Thas always gone a nice and above. She funny and kept the food and beverages coming. Thank you for taking care myself and my valued guests. Great place anytime of day or evening.

                                                                        We enjoyed our food, the brussel sprouts and wings and amazing apps! The service is a little slow so if you go before a concert or game, budget extra time in. But the location is great and the food was good. I would go back.

                                                                        I always enjoy dining at City Tap House. The food is very good and reasonable. Our waiter Dane was outstanding!! Very friendly and attentive! I have one recommendation, bring back the cubano!! That was the best sandwich! I was very disappointed when I found it that it was taken off the menu.

                                                                        City Tap is a great local stop before a concert or hockey game and a favorite for lunch meetings. The diverse menu, consistent quality, and great location make it a continual favorite. If you’re adventurous, The G.O.A.T. pizza with pistachio pesto, rosemary, and truffle honey is delicious. Basic comfort food options like tomato soup and grilled cheese always hit the spot. If you’re a barbecue fan, theirs is really tasty. And for vegetarians, the salad options cover all the bases. The only two consistent challenges: 1. It would be great if someone could figure out how to keep their French fries warmer longer. They’re served in a small, paper-lined wire basket. Maybe putting them in a solid metal cup that was pre-heated would help? The fries are so good, but they get room-temperature fast. 2. The location is next to a DGC store, basically Dollar General’s version of a small city grocery store. It’s a magnet for the homeless in the area. Sitting by the window can make for some awkward optics depending on the foot traffic outside the door. It’s not unsafe, but it’s not comfortable.

                                                                        sat at the bar and had dinner and drinks. She missed the salt on the margarita and when we were served our drinks (both that had limes in them) we were served with no bar napkins. Who wants to squeeze a lime and not wipe their fingers off.? When we asked for bar napkins, we got two coasters. Not even sure if she knew what bar napkins are. The drinks were very short (margarita in short bourbon glass) and VERY WEAK. Personally there are better spots for the value.
