We are an Asian inspired kitchen and bar, that uses a crafty American approach. A seasonally and locally refined menu includes steamed buns, house made dumplings, and progressive noodle dishes, reflecting regions such as Thailand, Korea, China, Vietnam, Japan, and Indo-China. The place was super cute, the first server we had was nice, but he went home for the night,we got another one that just left the food in the table and disappeared, drinks were empty and food was to bland so we had to wait to get he's attention to ask for sirasha and refillour drinks. We won't be returning to the restaurant.

This was my second time at Clever Koi and it is now on my list of favorites! It’s hard to find both really good drink and food but this is the spot! Friendly staff, great ambiance. Still thinking about the short rib dumplings!

Love the new changes to the Ramen!! And the flavor was wonderful! The spice bomb wasn’t actually spicy but gave the ramen great flavor, for once the chicken wasn’t too hard. Loved it!

Always a great food experience! All the flavors are spot on and complex. It’s always busy in here, but I don’t like it when I have to remind the waiter that we ordered something and they forgot to put it in. And I’d like it if they would drop by with more water without me asking. we had to ask for a check after sitting there for quite a while. these are minor issues I know, but the service wasn’t as great as I would have expected, given the price of our meal.

Overall the food was good, but the service was well below average. It wasn’t that the servers were not good, it was the fact they were put into a position that made their job difficult by not having enough staff. We waited quite some time to actually have someone come to our table. We ordered drinks and appetizers. It ended up being one of those experiences that we should have just been ready to order everything right away because you never knew when someone would be back. Eventually when we did order and received our meals, no one ever checked on us again. We needed a spoon for a ramen meal and eventually we were able to catch the eye of the bartender across the room and he came over and accommodated that request. We eventually were sharing and rationing our waters among the four of us because we never got a refill the whole time we were there. We were finally checked on when all we needed were some boxes and the bill. I had my credit card in hand because I didn’t want her to get away for another extended period. Fortunately they have the pay at the table CC machines so we were able to escape. We’ve been here numerous times and I’m guessing this was just an off night for staffing. As expensive as dining out has become, customers should have reason to expect good food and good service. But have faith, with Orangeman taking the reins in a few months, costs will be plummeting and wages will be skyrocketing, so this all should be fixed in no time! 😂😂😂

Food was great and consistent as usual. Server was very disinterested and rarely came around, which was very unfortunate for the overall experience. Still tipped 25% hopefully it went to the kitchen instead of waiter.
