   Went here for my dad’s birthday dinner, everything was phenomenal. Rigo gave us excellent service and recommendations, everything was enjoyable.

   It was a first time visit and very impressed with the overall experience. The food was exceptional. The service was prompt. The wine selection was unique. We ordered the 4-spreads and some mezze, and they were all delicious. The Chicken kabob was well done and flavorful. The ambiance was warm and welcoming. We highly recommend this place to anyone that is a Mediterranean Foodie!

   Our reservation at 5 was perfect to order Happy Hour Appetizers and Small Plates. The Baba galush, Eggplant and Saffron Rice Fritters were all creative, flavourful dishes at a nice price. We followed with main dishes of beef and salmon kabobs, trout harrisa and the crudo. All menu choices were very good and filling. Reviewed the dessert menu to put on future wish list. We had superior table and food service, so when front house manager circulated our table, we were experiencing par excellence.

   The meal was the best I have had in my 12 years of living in Omaha. The service was abysmal though. Our server was busy when we were sat, so another person greeted us and said they would be back with water. They weren't. The server recommended that we dine family style so we did, this was a great idea, and multiple times said she would bring us clean plates between courses. We never got clean plates. I wasn't able to have a second glass of wine because she never came to our table while we were eating our main courses. The only time she spoke to us was when she took our orders and cleared courses away. We watched another diner's coat slip off the back of their chair and a server was pouring that table water at the time and simply stepped over the coat rather than picking it up for the diner. The food was unbelievably amazing, but the service was exactly like the poor service you would expect from a Flagship restaurant.
