   This place is all about the view, food average for what you pay. I wouldn’t recommend the Mixed Catch of the Day - it’s basically a plate of fried fish akin to something you’d get in a pub in East London, definitely not worth the price. Beautiful terrace and good service.

   Amazing place! Gorgeous tasting food and presentation. Attentive and super friendly staff. I’m utterly impressed with this place that turn to be the best gamble of the night!! The interior is simply chic and tasteful with so much attention to history and details.

   Restaurant qui vaut surtout pour sa vue superbe sur le canal et le service . Ayant l’habitude des restaurants étoilés Les plats en soi manque de saveur . Entrée au crabe sans grand intérêt , Le veau aurait mérité un couteau qui coupe … risotto bon . Desserts corrects Prix trop élevé pour les verres de vin . La vue superbe ne suffit pas Personnel agréable

   My partner and I visited the restaurant on Friday 25th October 2024. We had a very high expectations as the reviews were fabulous. The main courses were very disappointing as you would presume being in Italy pasta is great but unfortunately my dish was appalling, with homemade pasta tasting like plastic. It was second worst pasta I’ve ever had in my life. My partner had wagyu beef which is €110 and it was flavorless.. You would also think that being in Italy you would be served the best tasting tiramisu, but unfortunately the one my partner had was an overthought modern twist of a classic that just fell massively short. I ordered soufflé which was €42 and it was stone hard, I had to return it to the kitchen. It was so bad I would expect France to invade Italy and take soufflé back. The total bill was €440 which is appalling for this experience. We have lived and learned. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Avoid avoid avoid!

   We were a little apprehensive about our visit as the menu was very different compared to our usual choices. However, there was no need to be as the staff were welcoming, knowledgable and friendly. They made us feel at home, and we absolutely loved every course. The presentation and attention to detail were impeccable, and the flavours were amazing. The setting, looking over the Grand Canal was beautiful and although it was a wet evening, we were kept dry and warm with the heaters. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

   We had a great table but a man at the next table was obnoxious blurting out intermittent loud expressions which were unpleasant for all the guests at surrounding tables. His voice was at times a normal volume but with frequent loud outbursts at times with nasty statements. The management surely noticed but did nothing. Really otherwise ruined a great setting.
