Our server Brian was incredible; quick, friendly, and gave recommendations for our trip to Baltimore. It was such a treat to return to Clyde’s after so many years. The restaurant food was phenomenal and the ambience was exactly how I recalled; perfect. We will be back, all the way from NJ!

We went to Clyde's for lunch on Saturday. We had two Clyde's burgers. We also asked for bread but the waitress only brought us white bread. In the past, we were served a dark bread that was tastier. The service was attentive and the dessert (the Apple crumble) was delicious.

Our excellent server Andrew really contributed to our most enjoyable experience - he made great recommendations, had a great sense of humor, and was very congenial. Favorite choices: beet, apple, & goat cheese starter; the salmon entree, the fried calamari, the fish and chips (especially the accompanying slaw), and the delicious crusty crusted soft bread. We had a lovely evening. Thank you. Ps: What happened to the giant red Christmas ball ornament that had for years been placed on your roof during the holiday season? It just didn’t feel like Christmas in Friendship Heights without it. Please bring it back … and the shrimp and grits too.

Although the food was excellent, we were disappointed by slow service. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed tonight. Also, it was unusually cold in the restaurant. It felt like the temperature was 65 degrees or less and we were not seated by the door.
