   We have not been to Cobalt for some time and it was nice to see it busy. They reserved an outdoor table for us which was great - our experience is that inside is too cold and noisy. The welcome rose was a nice touch. Johnathan was reasonably attentive and went out of his way on our request for another glass of rose for one of us. The salads came out really fast along with sides which were taken back because, well because they were sides for entrees. It was' a pleasant night on the deck and it was a pleasure to be able to hear each other. I think we all thought our food was good.

   The food was alright. The server was great. The air conditioning vents on the ceiling were dripping on the tables, myself, and others all night long, so that’s weird and probably unhygienic. Spoons (or any utensils for the shared dish) were not brought out with our side of mashed potatoes or crème brûlée which made it difficult to get the potatoes from the skillet to the plate. The server eventually brought my wife a spoon when she noticed her eating the crème brûlée with a fork.

   First time dining at Cobalt. The Valentines Day celebration was very special. Complimentary wine and two roses for my wife were an added touch. Recommend the home made chips and dip as an appetizer. The smoked old fashioned was very enjoyable. The entrees were wedge salad and fish tacos. They were delicious. Definitely save room for the desserts - Crembrulee and Key Lime Pie.

   They were all very attentive and the food was fine. I just don’t care that they add in gratuities to the bill. If I want to leave a tip that’s for me to decide. I’m sick of tipping requests from everyone whether they deserve it or not.

   We had a phenomenal evening. All the staff are just so friendly and so helpful. The food was absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend Cobalt to everyone.

   What a great experience we had at Cobalt. We ate outside and had the most beautiful views with a great sunset. We all had steaks or short ribs and everything was cooked to perfection. Excellent sides, whipped potatoes, asparagus and broccolini. Fresh and delicious oysters and cocktails to start. Celebrating a birthday and the birthday girl was brought a delicious key lime pie. The icing on the meal was our server Jonathan. He was friendly, accommodating, informative and just made our experience so much more enjoyable. Ask for him next time you go.

   Had and outdoor table; the view was fantastic. Our server was attentive, but allowed us to take as much time as we wanted to relive past experiences, and the food was good; I had the fish tacos (swordfish).
