   The noise level due to bar music makes this place useless to actually have a normal dinner conversation. Sitting outside would have been much better but too cold. My wife had to have her salad redone as it did not have all ingredients and even after redone it was closer but still not right. Filet was excellent and side dishes were excellent.

   The restaurant was freezing so we opted for outside-not much better. The staff was pleasant but food service was very slow. Dinner entrees were way overpriced! Most items were over fifty dollars. My wife had diver scallops at fifty eight dollars for four scallops! This is high season for Florida and the menu prices reflected it. I have eaten here before in the summer and prices were much lower. It’s a shame that the management can’t fix the temperature inside the restaurant because the food was good but the dining experience was a nightmare. It was my wife’s birthday and I didn’t want to just leave but I’ll never go back or recommend it to anyone. The dining crowd were vacationing tourists staying at the hotel so they were unaware. I’m a frequent diner and very accustomed to fine dining, this experience was anything but fine.

   Thank you for dining and sharing your feedback. We are working to address the temperature issues inside the restaurant. That being said, we want to be clear that we do not raise our prices for season. Our menu prices have not changed since July of 2024.

   Food and service was excellent. Tom, our waiter, was awesome! Loved the scallops and all the sides are delicious!

   Quite disappointed with my experience. I was sat at a bad table in a back because I was a party of one although I spent $300 on dinner. Service was very slow, my steak was overcooked, and the lobster wasn’t fresh.

   Spinach salad and added shrimp ($14). Salad was small and I got 2 shrimp. Food was good, not great and the lunch was expensive.

    We have not been to Cobalt for some time and it was nice to see it busy. They reserved an outdoor table for us which was great - our experience is that inside is too cold and noisy. The welcome rose was a nice touch. Johnathan was reasonably attentive and went out of his way on our request for another glass of rose for one of us. The salads came out really fast along with sides which were taken back because, well because they were sides for entrees. It was' a pleasant night on the deck and it was a pleasure to be able to hear each other. I think we all thought our food was good.
