   Made a reservation for 9 people to celebrate birthday brunch… had us waiting more than an hour and 20 mns nd first they said they were waiting to connect the tables and then maybe another 20 mns then they told us they didn’t know how long it was for them to allow us in… horrible service… and they kept allowing people with reservations in…

   We loved the ambiance and the food was great. The seating time took awhile even though we had a reservation. Overall it was amazing and we will be back.

   The time on your reservations are not honored. Once you check in you have to wait 30-45 minute. Unacceptable!!

   The food exceeded our expectations. The agua fresca flight was also amazing. Food was 10/10 service not so much. The hosts were all super friendly and welcoming aside from that !

   Asked hostess which line to get into to check in since I had a reservation. She told me where to stand, while she took the 2 people in front of her. Before she was done with those people another customer interrupts her with my same question in which she gives the same response. Once she was done with the 2 customers in front of me she starts checking in the customer with reservations that asked after me. I interrupted her and brought it to her attention that she should be assuring us before him since we were there first. She rudely repeat over and over that the order doesn’t matter that we will both be seated at the same time. We saw that customer sat over 30 mins later as we I was eating. I didn’t appreciate the hostess trying to falsely correct me. Coffee and concha cart never came to our table. Host was only check on us twice during our entire meal. The second was when we were getting ready to ask for our check in which she randomly tells us she was in her break… normally when waiters go on breaks they interrupt and introduce who is covering!
