This restaurant housed in a former bank building in the heart of downtown Tipp City offers quality dining in a small-town setting. The decor is warm and welcoming and is a delight for the senses. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere while the full bar allows patrons a relaxing stop while awaiting a fabulous meal. The inviting atmosphere encourages relaxed conversation. You may be surprised to find that a restaurant in such a small town has some rather sophisticated choices on the menu alongside your more normal fare, with entrees such as ostrich being offered. If you are looking for a decadent dessert, look no further than the butter-drenched English Tea Cake! An easy drive from all points in the Dayton area, words cannot do it justice. A visit is a must and will be the first of many.

    Food was top notch! We sat in the Vault, which is a bit quieter/more intimate than the main dining area. Cute set up for the restaurant and really enjoyed our first visit there. Will definitely be back!

    We celebrated our 49th Anniversary with lunch at the Coldwater Cafe today. Great service and food. Highly recommend.

    Met a dear friend for lunch and as always... Coldwater Cafe deliveries first class service and culinary delights! Our Server Leeann was prompt, friendly and was great to follow up to see how we were doing! And... our glasses never went empty whether it was water or otherwise. What most impressed me on this occasion, was the fact that Coldwater Cafe now has GF bread option for it's sandwiches! I was THRILLED!!! I ordered the Turkey, Pastrami sandwich and OMG it was awesome! I also love that Coldwater Cafe doesn't have loud music which a lot of restaurants do. This made it for an even more enjoyable luncheon with my dear friend as we were able to converse, laugh, and have a very good time. If you are looking first class in quality of food and ambience then Coldwater Cafe is it! I am hoping they bring back the Monte Cristo, that is one of my favorite sandwiches and now can eat since they have the GF bread!! YAY!!! Thanks Coldwater Cafe for a wonderful experience! I have already made two more future reservations!

    A very nice experience in downtown Tipp City. I informed them it was our anniversary. They had a special table setting and complimentary champagne toast for us.

    The food is always delicious. They have a somewhat limited menu and no dinner specials. Menu items are pricey, but I believe you get what you pay for.  Lots of scrumptious desserts.

    Celebrating a special anniversary, my wife and I chose CC our favorite restaurant in the area. Simply mentioned in the reservation that we were celebrating and asked that they make it special. And special they did! Choice table with handsome silver chargers and a glass of complementary Prosecco to toast the event greeted us. Service was the typical top shelf that CC is known for and the meal selections definitely did not disappoint. CC is a home run every time … so very pleased that it has been a “go to” for us for many years and will continue to be.
