   We loved this place! My girlfriend and I were celebrating a belated birthday and Valentine’s Day late because of life events, and they made it really special! Our server Felix was awesome! He went out of his way to make us feel cared for. The ambience was nice and the food was absolutely fantastic. Fully recommend!

   Thank you for opening this wonderful restaurant and serving us delicious culinary delights. Shout out to Erin our wonderful, knowledgeable server. We started with the Brioche Bread service which was incredibly light followed by the tantalizing Beet salad. My wife liked the Escargot, but for me it was a bit Parsley heavy. However the Duck Confit and Salted Cod are Outstanding dishes. This was our first time at Collette and we will definitely be back! Thank you Chef!

   Overall a very positive experience. Our waitress, Erin, was attentive without being intrusive. Every dish was well made and well seasoned. Highlights were the bread to start and the rice pudding to finish. The only dish that didn’t blow us away was the raviole. The flavor was good, just too greasy. I really enjoyed the poulet. That dijon sauce is fantastic.

   The food and service were top notch! Got some good local recommendations from our server (the bartender) which is always a plus when traveling for work

   We have been to Collette twice and each time it has been an amazing experience. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The food was amazing. Highly recommend the rice pudding at the end of your meal.

   I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant! The food was fantastic, the waitstaff were attentive and very informative about the menu! Highly recommend getting the bread as well as the ravioli!

   Great dinner. The Blue Fin Tuna crudo was delicious. The bread was amazing! Our server Brian was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Would highly recommend.

    Colette is a treat and worth every penny! The salt cod app was a great start, as well as the requisite escargot. Service is great in this beautiful, airy and lively restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their meals.
