   I have been coming to Colleta regularly for the last 3 years almost weekly or more. Service has gone done significantly. It was a place I used to recommend as a “go to” but honestly I can’t recommend it any more because the service had degraded. We usually sit at the bar for dinner but the last few times I went to dining area because there was no seating. Was informed also that despite the advertising or notations that Happy Hour Menus was not available on Friday anymore. For us we liked that because we would the price delta to tip the servers a bit more. 1. Long waits before you get a drink or someone to attend to you. 2. When they do tend to you they forget about you. Last week I waited for a beer for 15 mins I finally went to the bar myself to retrieve it. Frustrating 3. Last evening similar experience. Seated promptly but 10-15 minutes before anyone came to wait on us. Eventually they delivered our food but we had small plates not suitable and the server took to plates to get us larger ones and never came back. I had to go to counter and retrieve our plates. Overall it is pretty disappointing. We see some of the folks that have been there a while but it seems the new team is lost. We will probably have to take a break until things get sorted out.

   We were celebrating my son's 32nd birthday. The appetizers and entrees were delicious and we had a great server.

   Great experience! Really nice vibe at this restaurant and the staff is top notch! Management Shaye introduced himself to our table right away and took extra special time to ensure our birthday meal was a success. And everyone at our table was happy and satisfied. Our waiter Isreal was kind knowledgeable and busy! He worked the room and took great care with all of his tables. Even though the restaurant was at capacity We were not neglected and we appreciated it. I had heard great things about the food here and it did not disappoint. As the birthday babe I didn’t eat much earlier in the day because i really wanted to have room for a good meal. It was delicious! The tiramisu was phenomenal! My cocktails pomegranate martini were just right! Focaccia bread yes please and burrata cheese with pears and squash was interesting. The meatballs were tasty great texture and nice sauce to ball ratio, the shrimp scampi was good and the little pita toast with it were worth the wait. Hubs had the pork chops very tasty and I had the rigatoni bolognese and it was delicious . We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great experience

   The food took a while to come out but it was absolutely packed so I can’t blame them. Absolutely phenomenal food and service.

   This is a regular date spot for my hubby and myself. Unfortunately, they’ve changed the menu and what was served was mediocre at best. Ravioli, lasagna, pasta Alfredo (with nothing but noodles and butter basically) I ordered the lasagna and the top was overcooked. They’ve decided to do away with bread service and make it an app. The menu is extremely limited. The ambience is lovely and the service is impeccable. But the food was lacking greatly. We won’t be back again any time soon until they can make some major culinary adjustments.

   Colletta is one of our favorite places to eat out. Last night did not disappoint. The food was delicious. I rarely order chicken when I eat out but took a chance last night. It was so good, had a lot of flavor and the chicken was cooked to perfection. My husband had the halibut and it was delicious, too.

   We met here for brunch to celebrate a friend’s birthday. What a gorgeous upscale, inviting atmosphere you have here! Our server changed midway through the meal but both of the people who helped us were wonderful and helpful. (Neither server rushed us which was nice since we all had a lot of catching up to do) The food was excellent and we really enjoyed our experience! 5 stars most definitely and we will get Colletta into our date night rotation as well. I’m sure the ambiance at night is just beautiful. .

    We had an incredible experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing—each dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The staff went above and beyond, being incredibly polite, attentive, and making sure everything was perfect. It was the ideal place to celebrate a birthday, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the occasion even more special. Highly recommend!
