   First visit and it was a good experience overall. Greeting was warm and friendly at the host stand. Waited for what seemed like a few minutes while the hostess stared at the computer screen (it was not busy) before being led into the dining room. Offered the choice between a table for four and a table for two. We chose the table for four along the banquette so that we could sit side-by-side ... only to have the hostess separate the tables as we were sitting - they were two conjoined tables for two - to reveal that we would only be sitting at a table for two - my wife on the booth side and I in the chair. Felt like a bait and switch...and the adjoining table remained empty throughout our meal, so the table "separation" ended up not being needed after all and we were a little cramped as a result. To be fair, the hostess was very kind and warm :) Server was gracious and technical service was on point throughout. The only criticisms were the pacing was a little slow and the server asked if "we needed anything else" more than a dozen times during the meal. Sometimes being present is enough - you don't have to ask questions and force a response on every time you visit the table. Lighting elements and the interior design were attractive - chic/hip. Three of the four drafts on the menu were not available :( Food was very good. Mussels with nduja were GREAT - sauce was so yummy we had extra bread to soak up what was left after the mussels themselves were completed. Wife's pizza was tasty - toppings were wonderful; the crust could have used a little more flavor. Beef short rib was a good portion and very flavorful, however the greens were on the salty side (and I love salt). Overall it was a good experience - will probably return in the future. If so, will just ask for a booth (as those tables looked MUCH more comfortable than where we sat). Hope this review helps and I encourage those who have not visited to try Colletta for themselves!

   For the price we paid, we expected better food. It wasn’t bad but was simply overpriced for the quality of food. The wine was good but only one choice for Chardonnay and Cabernet, and both were pricey. Our server was outstanding but we probably wouldn’t come here again.

   Absolutely phenomenal place for dinner. We went for my daughter’s 12th birthday and Shane (manager) was so attentive to her and made her feel like a princess. Best experience ever and the short rib was amazing.

   Wonderful! The food was incredible. Our server Israel was so attentive and helpful. He recommended amazing wine and food. We never felt rushed or hurried and enjoyed a 2 hour 4 course meal. We will absolutely be back and now have a favorite Italian cuisine spot.

   Food was amazing! Our server, Ceaser, was amazing! With a busy night like the day after valentines, it was busy. Our food came out kind of slow. None the less our server did check on us very well!

   First timers, sat at the bar, had the black pepper tagliatelle and the brased short rib... Delicious! Suki, Alex & Heather were great!

   Service and food is fantastic. Went on valentines day so it was very busy. Servers were still quick and attentive. Will definitely come back on a more chill night.

   It was the first time going there and right from the start we had great service. The people were very polite and our waitress Ashley was absolutely amazing. We will be going back and will refer it to others.
