   Started out pretty slow. Waited for drinks for while. Finally managers stepped in and got things moving. Have historically had a great evening and it turned out to be a great evening in the end! Food was great! Will go back!

   We went out to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had a wonderful evening. All courses were spaced out perfectly, food was delicious, and drinks were very balanced and great! Ashley our server was so nice and gave great service! We love Colletta and will be back!

   We celebrated my daughter’s 23 birthday. I had the Colletta chopped salad and shrimp scampi and they were good. My daughter loved the foccacia and lasagna. The ambiance was nice and the noise was minimal. Valet parking made it convenient.

   Very disappointed with Collette which came recommended by a friend. Great atmosphere and noise level in back room . Service exceptionally slow. Caesar salad literally had no flavor (dressing) and short ribs tough and flavorless.Calamari ok

   This was absolutely one of the coolest experiences our family has had! I did mention that my daughter had a birthday coming into this reservation, which was the reason we were celebrating. What I was not expecting was the incredible display of unreasonable hospitality the entire staff showed my daughter in celebration of her birthday. We were provided a plate of delicious meatballs, which were amazing; but what I was not expecting was the signed birthday card and the thoughtful gift given to my daughter in celebration of her. This was truly unexpected, and has left us sharing our experience with our friends and family. We just want thank you for creating such a special moment for her.

   6 of us, all had different entrees and a pizza as an apperizer. I had the shrimp pasta, made with squid ink; it just wasn't good. Weird cut of pasta, weird spices, and the server asked when she took my plate how it was- I said "ehhhh, it was okay." She said it was a hit or miss dish, but never took it off the bill. She must not have mentioned/shown the 2/3 left to the manager, as we had manager presence during the dinner. We also had to pour our own wine a couple of times, even though it was a slow Monday night. Food seemed overpriced for what we got. We love the restaurants at Avalon, a little disappointed in this one.

    Usually bar service is great. Last night was not. Slow, had to ask twice for lime in vodka soda. Glasses empty for awhile, had to get attention to get a second drink. Had to ask for bill while finished plates sat in front of us.
