   Took one of my closest friends here for his birthday. It was three of us. None of us had ever had Colombian food before. We noticed this restaurant the last time we was up there for Asian food. I decided to take him out for his birthday here. They were so nice they welcomed us and was very cheery and friendly. They bent over backwards to explain the menu to us and gave us plenty of options. We got a few things off the menu that were dinner specials before 5:00 p.m.. we ordered the empanadas and the ceviche as advertisers both were amazing and very fresh. Soup came without meal that we were not expecting but it was so flavorful and delicious. They gave our birthday friend a free dessert and came over and saying happy birthday. The happy hour drinks were very good made to our liking. We will definitely be returning and every time I'm in New York this will be one of the spots I make sure I get to.

   Love this place. The only thing that we are not to crazy about is that the music is so loud that you can not have a conversation without screaming across the table.

   Hi - I had trouble in the parking lot and arrive around 7:12 p.m. - and our 7 p.m. reservation was gone. Understood . We sat by the bar which was fine (perfect!) and the service was a little slow as you were all so busy. Great ambiance.

   Took 10 minutes to bring our beers to the table then another 10 to bring the 2 cocktails we ordered at the same time as the beers. A few minutes later one of the 3 appetizers we ordered arrived. Then after a 25 minute lull our main courses and the 2 other appetizers arrived together. We had to convince the server that we didn't want to eat all of our food together and that she should take the appetizers back which she eventually did. Two of the dishes were pork and they were as dry as shoe leather. We were hoping the dessert would save the day but the tres leches was not the moist cake we were hoping for and the flan was a bit glue like although the flavor was good . Don't think we will be back. Will go to one of the less atmospheric South American restaurants on Maple Ave. where we know the food is good.

   It was the perfect vibe for a date night! My boyfriend and I picked this place on a whim and we were not disappointed! The live music was a surprise to us and was definitely the icing on the cake!

   The drinks are excellent! The food and service are very good. They don't rush you out. Enjoyed our time there. Will return when I'm in the area.

    Second time here - food was excellent. Drink choices were plentiful! It's not the place you want for a quiet chat, but if you go in knowing it will be louder than most restaurants, (or "energetic") then you're good!
