   Absolutely fabulous experience! Food was superb- each dish unique and delicious! Highly recommend the bone marrow tacos- and requisite marrow shot experience! Service was superlative and seamless. Unique space and wonderful meal. We will visit her again when visiting for Bay Area!

   GO THERE. Absolutely fantastic. Comedor has everything figured out. From welcoming you and feeling you home , to knowledgeable service, outstanding food, comfortable seating, music, ..everything makes for a fantastic eating experience. GO THERE

   Our waiter made the best recommendations and our meal was amazing! Tostada, crudo, fish tacos, bone marrow tacos (insane!), ny strip, patatas bravas, and salad. The desserts were also so good. HIGHLY recommend

   The food was mid, B-. For being in Austin, where there are many Mexican folks, as well as people who have traveled Mexico - it was a letdown. We were there for our anniversary, got the worst table in the restaurant (they moved us), forgot an item we paid extra for - and it was gross (huitlacoche, which tasted like it was canned) when it finally shows up. You can get better Mexican food (or elevated Mexican food for that matter) at a million better places in town.

   They are trying to hard to do something different and it does not work. The food was too salty or tasteless, the carrots were over cooked, the noise too loud. Once was enough for me. I won't go back.

    An amazing experience! Unique flavors that were delicious! Corn MASA with the amazing flavors were wonderful paired with margaritas. The chef and serving staff “coursed” it with perfection.  Austin is fortunate to have amazing options when eating out, but there’s nothing like this restaurant in this town. Authentic!!
