   From the moment we walked in, to the time we left, everything was perfection. The ambiance is incredible. The beautiful lighting, big windows looking out onto the city, the comfortable leather booth seating, and striking decor- everything around us felt special. The drinks were spot on, with a unique espresso martini. And the food, WOW! Everyone’s meal was phenomenal. My pork chop was perfectly prepared, my husband had the lamb and gave it a 10/10. Our friends had the dry aged Ribeye and Chicken dish and they were both impressed. Our server Ben never missed a beat and helped guide us through the menu. I highly recommend dining at Commission Row as soon and as often as you can! Oh, and don’t forget to stop downstairs at Mel’s Speakeasy for a drink! Such a cool and swanky vibe down there with an eclectic list of drinks to choose from!

   We went for a date night. Service and food was great! I’m not sure I’d do it again as a date night as it was a lively restaurant and less intimate but we still had a great experience and our waiter Ben was very attentive! He recommended a cocktail as well as the NY strip we ordered. Both were very good! The Brussel sprouts might be the best I’ve had in Indianapolis. A great place to grab dinner, very convenient if you are at Gainbridge for an event.

   We had our anniversary dinner here. The server Ben added to the experience with his attention to detail, along with the exceptional food that we have come to expect with CRG restaurants.

   This restaurant experience met all the marks. Great food, great service, great location. We walked out of there very happy. it’s pricey, but it was worth it.  I will go back.

   Let me first start out by saying, the food was excellent . However , the service lacked this time around. We have gone here for every family birthday since they have opened, and the service is what has kept us coming back. Personable service staff, accommodating to our baby, and have always emphasized the birthday aspect of the night with an array of desserts and drinks for the table. Not tonight on 2/14 (Valentine’s Day and also my mother’s birthday). Their main goal was to serve us as fast as they could and to get us out the door as soon as they could. What would take us 2.5-3 hours on normal visit… tonight took 1hr 15mins. The whole experience felt like a money grab. And if I’m being honest, it was a major turn off. For a $700 meal, I would expect top notch service. Tonight was well below average. Our waitress was fine, polite, and accommodating to our meal needs. But outside of that, she was not personable and did not even care to stay and chat for longer than 30 seconds. We even had to tell the hostess to have a good night as we left. (Glued to their phones) I would expect this from Olive Garden. Not from Commission Row. Disappointed.

   The atmosphere was beautiful. Food was good except the salad wedge, it was yellow and hard. They do not serve bread with the food that is an additional cost, the food was pricey and if you valet they automatically charge you an additional $35 and then you still have to tip.

   Food was excellent and the atmosphere was a great time! We headed down to Mel's speakeasy as well and it was terrific!

    We enjoyed our dinner and the service was amazing. The food was really good - I had the pork chop and my husband had the filet. The filet was cooked exactly at medium rare which is difficult to get. The sauce in my pork chop was divine. We also had the popovers for an appetizer and they were so soft and delicious. The French fries were simple and nothing special and they gave you a ton. The brussel sprouts were good but I think they needed more flavor. No room for dessert! A great dinner and would recommend!
