   One of the most extraordinary dining experiences we have ever had and we eat out a lot. The food was innovative and delicious. Sam, our server could not have been more helpful. She knew the details of every dish enabling us to make informed decisions about our dinner selections. The fried green tomato caprese raised the usual caprese to anew level. Th “Situation” which was mahi mahi over a grilled pineapple stuffed with pineapple fried rice was really unique and presented beautifully. The homemade banana pudding outshone any banana pudding we’ve ever had. We will certainly return to Common in the future when we pass through Savannah again.

   Had a great brunch! The bottomless mimosas were delicious, and a pretty great deal. The only thing was that they refilled for you, the carafe is not on your table. The bananas foster French toast was delicious, as were the skillet mac n cheese, the chicken and waffles, and the steak, eggs, and grits. Our server told us they are a scratch kitchen, so they swapped out ingredients for dietary restrictions super easily.

   Came here with a reservation for my bachelor party weekend, and was seriously impressed. The atmosphere was great, not stuffy at all but still definitely more upscale than your standard restaurant. Not only was the table ready 10 minutes early, but they even wrote a little note with a small gift to congratulate the occasion! Our server was great, even with a party of 7 guys who were definitely never all listening at once. I got the chef’s tasting menu with wine pairings. It included 5 courses (plus a palette cleanser sorbet before entree), all with 3oz pours of wine paired for every food selection. The food was phenomenal, I loved every course, and the wines were all great compliments. They were also generous with the wine, all but the bubbly were definitely over 3oz pours. I was also impressed with the portion sizes for each course. I was able to share with my friends and never felt gypped, especially given the price. I would highly recommend Common if you’re visiting Savannah, no matter the occasion!

   There was no one at this restaurant that wasn’t wonderful. Our bartender, the hostess, our waitress. We are seriously considering eating dinner there again tomorrow. The oysters, the old fashioneds! Everything was amazing.

   Common Restaurant has a great vibe. My daughter and I really enjoyed our Avacado Toast, however my mom had the breakfast bowl and it the meat in it was pretty fatty.

   Absolutely fantastic meal, phenomenal pairing of flavors . That said, the service was just as if not even more special. Our Server was able to help guide us to an incredible experience. Like the Buratta with blood orange appetizer. My wife and I never would have tried with her help and it was absolutely phenomenal. Same for the Peach Crème Brûlée

    Shawn the Wine Steward was great! We got a tour of the wine "cellars" and he was obviously very passionate. He was fun to talk to and recommended a great new bottle of wine for us to try. The food was also very good. We shared a bunch of new things and everything was great. The only weird thing was all the food came out at once - apps, followed very closely by entrees and salads at the same time. The table was crowded and we felt very rushed. We probably would have ordered more drinks but felt like they were trying to move us along.
