Cooper’s Hawk seems to maintain consistency in their food at the various locations I have visited which is not common in a lot of chain restaurants. The wine is always good and our server, Jade, was amazing.

Everyone was very sweet! We did wait a long time for our food to come in quite a while we are patient people they seemed very busy which in that situation we understood. Manager came by and apologized which we were grateful for as he took care of us. Overall though staff we had a good time having drinks and having some delicious food!

Great service for years. This has changed considerably in the last year. Waiters are stretched and sometimes inexperienced. The kitchen gets backed up, and the food takes a long time to come out.

Took about 15 minutes to get our first round of drinks, longest we’ve ever had to wait… even when there during extremely busy times.I also put in the reservation it was my husbands birthday, and it was noted on the table card when we sat down. Nothing was done for it. When she asked if we wanted the check we said yes. Usually that’s when they bring out the birthday celebration dessert, nothing. A little upset and I can tell my husband felt disappointed. Never had an issue here but our service wasn’t the greatest this time.
