Coopers Hawk is one of our favorite restaurants. The service is always great. Food is amazing. We are members of their wine club. This was our first experience we were a little disappointed. I had ordered the pork chops and requested Betty’s potatoes and they brought out Mary’s potatoes instead so that was disappointing. We sat at a high table in the bar and the couple next to us were talking so loud we could hear their entire conversation. We felt like we wanted to hurry and finish eating so we could leave. That was a huge disappointment. Usually when we sit in the bar area we get a booth and it’s not so loud. We will return but I will request dining in the dining area or a booth in the bar. I feel the high top tables are just too close together so it’s hard to have a conversation and the couple next to us had no awareness or did they care if everyone heard their conversation.

Our server George was attentive and informative. George made a special effort to honor our son in law for his birthday without us asking. George made several recommendations which were excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed a very relaxing tasting and dinner. Bob was our sommelier/ tasting expert and was both knowledgeable and accommodating. Our waitress was excellent! Food was delicious. Great for a date.

It took a server over 15 minutes to ask what we wanted to drink. I think it took another 10 minutes to receive drinks at our table. This was my birthday celebration, and the service we received was a little disappointing. Our server was good, but it was just very slow-moving. It seemed that he had a lot of tables, and he didn’t know how to move them more quickly. You only get one time to celebrate an event, birthdays, anniversaries anything although my husband and I had a nice time being with each other and it was a great evening The service was subpar..

Had our wedding anniversary here. First time being there. Our Waitress was very cheerful and explained everything to us and gave us recommendations on food and how to figure out what pairs well. Our food was absolutely amazing and we will definitely be back.
