Three weeks in a row my brunch was not made as instructed with the SAME mistake! How can a kitchen make the same mistake 3 weeks in a row? Is there not someone checking the orders before they leave the kitchen? Do the chefs Or managers NOT read the order before being sent out to tables? Mistake the first week is fine. Mistake the 2nd week, disappointed. SAME mistake 3rd week so beyond irritated! How do I regain my confidence? My husband and I love this restaurant. Kudos to our wait staff who were exceptional to us. Thank you to them!

                                                                                          My husband and I get top notch service during every visit at the Cooper’s Hawk Gilbert, AZ location. From the GM, Salomon to the floor manager Dani, and servers like Greg, Kristen and Michael, our experiences are always fantastic. This last visit I brought a friend and she absolutely loved it and wants to go back and grab some wine. As a member for 12 years, I confidently recommend Cooper’s Hawk!

Our most recent visit was a Thursday night and it was PACKED. Really amazing to see a restaurant that busy on a Thursday night. So make a reservation in advance. The food is great, service is always good. Try the Trio of Medallions with a glass (or two) of the Barrel Reserve.
