It was Christmas Eve and it was busy. The service was slow, but forgiveable. We typically have a great experience there, but this was mildly disappointing. But we will be back!

Me and my family went for Christmas Eve, which is also the eve to my birthday. 3 of the 5 people in my party ordered the braised short ribs only to be later told that they were out of it. Our new order took a long time. Was told the mgr was coming to talk to us. He only came and said our food would be up shortly. I was disappointed. Service and ambience were good.

Christmas Eve dinner was excellent. Food was wonderful and the spare ribs were a hit. Our server Gina was amazing and an all in great night!

Absolutely horrendous experience here last night. We had company come in town for the holidays and we couldn’t wait to show off our Cooper Hawk. I finally got my friend to join Cooper Hawk, but after last night she said no thank you. The bathroom was disgusting . No toilet paper in the only stall That was working. Toilet paper was all Over the floor. The Wine tasting was ok until our server kept asking my friends to join the club about ten times. I finally had to say to him, how about explaining what you’re serving us now at the tasting so she can make her choice. His conversation was with someone he knew the two hrs we were there. My friends asked us is this what we’re going to go through every time we come? My answer was no. The food was cold, how do you serve cold mashed potatoes? My Asian Slaw had no dressing on it(dry) Inhad to ask for dressing twice before I got it and Haley said what flavor would you like? I responded pointing to the bowl, the one that should’ve been on this. Pointing to my plate. I asked for more bread and she said didn’t I give you some already? I didn’t know there was a limit. The Brussels sprouts were just pieces of burnt leaves Maybe three half’s of Brussels. Our waitress was Haley and she could care less when I complained. Never returned with a replacement. My husbands Crab soup was the only thing up to temperature.

Excellent venue choice for our annual Christmas dinner. Very busy restaurant but our wait time was minimal. Enjoyed a great meal and lots of laughter in a cozy back room. Highly recommend.
