We have been members of the CH Wine Club for several years now and frequent the restaurant for date nights and celebrations. I have to say though, the Lees Summit location has really started to go down hill. The food isn’t high quality like it once was and the ambiance of the restaurant is crowded with the tables way too close together. We hardly had room to pull out our chairs and sit. The wine is always amazing but the food and restaurant as a whole needs improvement.

Long wait, despite having reservations. Food was very good. Server was friendly but spacy. Had to ask three times for some lemon, twice for water. Order was brought out incorrectl, but quickly fixed. But, the taste of the food was good enough to overcome the slight annoyances. Looking around at the size of the crowd , im always amazed at the challenge they have at getting 100’s of orders prepared exactly right. We will be back.

Hostess was extremely rude. We had a reservation at 7 and were not sat until 7:55. Once asked when we were next she immediately gave us sass and told us that we were pushed back because we were doing a tasting. We told her we were checking out at our tasting and she continued to sit people who came after us. Once the manager came over he asked why we were not sat yet. Server definitely saved the experience because we were about to leave.

Seating is jammed in this place. You have to stand and wait to get around people in the dining area. If you don’t like Southwest Airlines you won’t like this either.
