it was amazing and the food was amazing. i have celiac and they were so good with it, the manager came over despite the fact they were so busy and made sure i felt safe. i got the braised short rib risotto it was great

We were there for Sunday Brunch at 11:30. Several Hosts and Hostesses welcomed us upon entering and found our Open Table reservation right away. As requested, we were taken to the quietest table in the dining area. Our Server arrived just after we were seated and remained attentive, but not intrusive, throughout our stay. Our food was delivered promptly after our order had been placed, and everything was complete and correct. The food presentation was beautiful and tasted delicious. The portions were quite generous. An overall Excellent experience!

We all ordered chicken dishes, they were all good . Our waiter was great . He brought us some wine tastings and we ended getting the ICE wine . Would recommend.

I was really excited to try this place after reading the reviews but I was really disappointed. I requested outside only because they stated it was heated but our table was outside of the heated area. Considering the cold weather the management should have closed off our table. We asked to move but nothing was available and we were offered soup or coffee to "warm us up" which I found really disappointing. We stuck it out only to be let down again when our food was cold. The solution just reheat it, so unprofessional. The dish itself was not very good. All in all it was such a let down and I will not be going back. Poor management and mediocre food for a lot of money.

We are wine club members. Have been since they opened in Naples. The food is fairly consistent, the service, in general, has gone down hill in recent times. It took 15 minutes+ to get someone to acknowledge us tonight (and that has happened probably the last 3 times we have been there) and that was only after calling someone over to ask who our server was, or if they were available. The manager made things right, and we appreciate that, but I think they may need a little reset.
