We did not get the opportunity to have dinner. We waited for our server for 20 minutes to address us. Other servers walked by our table ignoring our reservation card and my wine club card sitting on the edge. We did stop server passing by and he did attempt to find our server. He did return and said there was a communication error and someone will be along. We waited another 5 minutes and left. We turned in our reservation card to the hostess that seated us and explained we didn't want to wait any longer and left the restaurant. Then, the next morning we get an email from OpenTable asking why we did not attend our reservation because Cooper's Hawk didn't indicate we were even there for dinner the night before. Very disappointed in the whole experience.

Ordered Gluten Free meal and a regular meal was delivered to table and partially eaten until checked with waitress. It was returned to kitchen and error was made.

Usually food and service is great here but I was disappointed this time since the delicious Napa chicken salad I always get with dressing on the side came tossed in too much dressing. Otherwise, everything else was good and hubby enjoyed his surf & turf combo very much.

We’re members and absolutely love the Naples location!! The staff is amazing! I love that they have added so many more gluten free options! Having celiac sometimes can be challenging. Can’t wait to go back!!

My son had called them prior to our visit and made arrangement with hostess to provide a bottle of wine and our meals on his credit card as a birthday present. We were unaware of this and paid ourselves finding out the next day about his gift. It was so cold could not enjoy my food.
