The staff are excellent and consistent which says a lot. Most of the staff have been around for a long time and are always great. The seasonal specials are very good. Wine tasting is always fun.

We had the tempura shrimp, Caesar salad and we both ordered the Madeira chicken. The chicken dish was delicious. One of our favorites there. We also had the raspberry sparkling wine which we enjoyed. Our server was friendly and we enjoyed our time. Nice evening dinner with good food and service at a reasonable price, compared to many other local restaurants.

We were excited to bring 6 of our friends for their first experience to coopers Hawk! We arrived at 4:00 with reservations! Food didn’t get served til after 6. The waitress waiting on us would disappear for long periods of time! We couldn’t wait to leave! What an awful experience!

Extremely poor service. We will be back because we love it but, cmon, it was lunch time. You should have had another server for the bar area. Only one! If someone called off, get the mgr involved. Really crummy experince.

Bar operations is VERY SLOW. It takes for ever to get a drink,, even if its just a beer. I told my waiter to order my cocktails then come back to get my order. During happy hour as well as normal dining times you need a a speed rack or train you bar tenders. In NY City they would get fired, More glasses more money. Evently the bar tender does not care. Sit, Watch, Look, you will see what I mean. Good Luck. I do like your food and wine. So maybe just stick to wine.

We have been to this Cooper Hawk many times. We brought good friends for their first time. They both, husband and wife, had Pistachio Encrusted Grouper and loved every bite. We knew it would be a home run. Danny, our server was great and a great time was enjoyed.

Once again we had a great experience at CH. Much of that is owed to our wonderful server, Tyler. They were very accommodating when I had ordered the wrong dish. When it came to the table,it wasn’t what I thought I had ordered and they took it back to the kitchen and came out with a new meal. Great customer service!
