The food was terrific. We got the arancini as an appetizer (highly recommend) and split two pasta dishes. The vibes were also great. This is the best Italian food in Boston, hands down!

When we arrived there was no hostess to show us to our table, we were seated right next to the toilets. In addition it seems that the restaurant team was short staffed as no one came to us for drinks or food for the first 10 minutes seated. The bartender tried their hardest but again it seems short staffed, the food quality was disappointing the salad, pizza and pasta had a ton of cheese on top without us requesting this. I dont know what happened to the excellent quality of food before, the crowd was also quite interesting as it was a bar rather than a restaurant.

Coppa was a great find. The small plates were creative, delicious, and fresh. Broccolini, arancini, and cappalletti were memorable for me, but everything was good. The space is small, so you will have diners close by, but the noise level is reasonable and conducive to quiet conversations. The friendly staff do a great job managing people in the space. Coppa was a shorter, simpler walk to Tremont St theaters than expected.

The food was and always is fabulous. The ambiance of this restaurant is old school Italian. The service could be better, however the staff is very pleasant and helpful. The price point is extremely reasonable for this quality of food. I have dined at this restaurant frequently and it is one of my favorite places in Boston.
