Copper & Sage excels at the unexpected. From traditional Southern dishes to innovative creations, Chef Evon Profitt has designed his menu to satisfy every palate. Indulge in dishes like our Cast Iron Duck or our house-made tagliatelle with Italian sausage & kale in a lemon cream sauce.

We offer an array of handhelds such as our Pork Belly Tacos with kimchi, fresno chiles & sriracha aioli, or dive into one of our smashburgers or our angus/duroc blend patti with gruyere and trumpet/maitake mushrooms.

On the weekends, we brunch hard with plates like the Monte Cristo or our Cast Iron Hash featuring cubed sirloin and a medley of the good stuff.

    Easter brunch at Copper & Sage Goodyear was a nice leisurely experience for my party of six. We were pleasantly surprised having never been there before. Our server was attentive, the food was right temperature and tasty, and no unexpected expenses. We will be back!!

    Overall very good meal. Couple of things that have not changed since last dining here. Food takes longer than it should in the kitchen. Not busy this AM and still took 1 hour for food to arrive. Certain dishes out of stock again. How can they not keep ingredients to make all of the options on Easter Sunday for brunch!? Will dine here again but the issues need to be addressed.

    We requested a table that did not have waitress with a nose ring. Waitress showed up with a large nose ring. Ruined the whole experience. Management needs to pay attention to requests made at the time of booking. Disgusting.

    I found it difficult to find something on the limited menu that I really wanted for dinner. Food was good but not outstanding, but the dessert was. I would hesitate about going back again. It is better suited for a happy hour get together, rather than a real dinner.

    To about 10 min or so to get a server over. They were out of biscuits for Sunday brunch. Eggs ordered over medium they came over easy. Bacon was soggy and fatty. My friend got the turkey Benedict and loved it, it actually looked really good. My food was a total bust.

    Copper and Sage was disappointing. While the ambiance is lovely, the food fell way short. My husband ordered the steak frites medium. It came well done, almost grey in color and it was very fatty and not well seasoned. The fries were not warm or seasoned. I had the short rib which was decent in flavor, but pretty fatty. We did enjoy the deviled egg appetizer. We were not asked if we enjoyed our meal or after we we received our food were not checked on. Would like to give it another chance for brunch as it does have a nice vibe.

    Cicily was amazing for our wait staff as she made sure we had what we needed, offering great suggestions. The food was amazing, especially the dessert! The caramel walnut cake was sublime! We enjoyed the delicious fish tacos and tasty crab cakes. Great meal and dining!
