   Having lived in the Charlotte area for only a year, we had yet to find our Indian restaurant until now! Copper is the best Indian food we’ve had in Charlotte. The setting, the food and the service all make for an incredible experience for those who like Indian

   We were served by Perry at 5pm when the restaurant opened. He was very attentive, didn’t rush our orders and quickly picked up that we were from the UK. He was good with recommendations, humour and helping us have an overall good experience! Would definitely recommend to friends and family. Shout out Perry!

   We live in Spartanburg, SC. When we go to a concert in Charlotte, NC we eat at Copper. The "house" is quaint, and the atmosphere is very nice. A great restaurant for a date night or for a family.

   Went to Copper for my boyfriend’s birthday. Asked if we could get a table in the window if available and told them it was his birthday in my reservation. We were greeted with ‘oh we’re celebrating a birthday tonight?’ And were immediately seated at a table in the window. Food was delicious as always, drinks were fantastic and they brought out a darling birthday dessert with a candle that we both devoured. Wonderful night to celebrate! Thank you Copper!

   This was absolutely amazing Indian food coming from someone who has been to India 20+ times. However, I will say service, waiting and bus, left quite a bit to be desired. Albeit a Saturday evening - 6:45 PM reservation. I'm not sure if they were understaffed or something else but only a few waiters and what appeared to be only one bus server at least in our area of the restaurant. Getting their attention for the 3-4 items we needed someone for was almost impossible. They were way too stretched. I'd recommend going during the week, or early or late service on the weekend. Just amazing amazing food though!! Highly recommend.

   This was my third visit. I always order the prawn curry. The taste was good.However, kept finding long noodles in the sauce.  This is typically just prawns with a sauce and served with a side of rice. It looked like somebody had used the same spoon to stir noodles as the did to stir the curry sauce and left many behind. I was fishing them out of my dish with every bite I took. I didn’t complain at the restaurant because, I’ve heard horror stories about people that do complain at restaurants in general. I looked so forward to this evening out with friends, and my significant other and booked about a week in advance.. However, this evening was huge disappointment.
