Honoring its roots as a world-class department store, Coppin’s Restaurant epitomizes the rich history of Covington. Nestled in the heart of Northern Kentucky within the beautiful boutique Hotel Covington, it provides its guests with an open and modern environment that feels cozy and comfortable without compromising style or sophistication. The menu features an array of local, sustainably-sourced options for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner that change with the seasons. Coppin’s invites you to enjoy your meal in our intimate glass atrium, expansive bar and lounge area featuring a full-service coffee bar, or in our lovely lawn/patio. The bar features both original craft cocktails and clever twists on the classics with one of the largest bourbon selections in NKY.

    Our Barrel Wall is perfect for larger groups! We can seat up to 15 guests at one table, and should your party grow in size we would seat you at multiple tables beside each other. While this is not a private dining space, it is quieter and still allows for great people watching. There are several seasonal pre-set menus to choose from, ranging in price from $55-75 p/p for dinner (beverages, 20% gratuity & tax are additional) but if you would like to order from the full menu, just ask! Our talented bar team make the best cocktails in the state, we have an extensive bourbon collection and can happily suggest wine pairings for the group. We offer one guest check per table (you can pay with multiple credit cards), add a 20% gratuity and if you prefer to bring in a store bought cake we simply add a $25 cake fee. Reach out with any questions and we look forward to welcoming your group for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.

    Coppin's Easter Buffet is back! $75 for adults, $55 for seniors (65+), $19 for kids 5-12, Free for kids 4 and under. From 10am-4pm. Credit card required to reserve per our 48 hour cancellation policy (penalty is $20 per person charged to card on file). Buffet stations include a Cold Station (charcuterie, cheeses, fresh fruit, salads, etc.), Hot Station (Glazed Pit Ham, Beef Top Round, brussels sprouts, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes, etc.), Brunch Items (Omelets to order, eggs, french toast bake, waffles, etc.), Dessert Station. The pork chop entree was delicious, large grilled bone-in chop seasoned and grilled to perfection, served on white bean cassoulet with greens. Really savory and satisfying. Salmon entree also excellent. Service attentive and appetizer/entrees spaced nicely making for a relaxing experience.

                                                                The brunch was outstanding. The menu variety was excellent. The Porkoplios Omelette, with its local flare, was our favorite. The biscuits and gravy tasted like a dish right out of grandma's kitchen.

                                                                This was our first time to eat here. We had a group of six celebrating my son’s birthday. Our waitress was awesome. Very friendly and accommodating! The food was very good and the restaurant had great ambiance.

                                                                We had a delicious lunch! Loved the burger, beef fat fries, burratta, & tater tots! We both had a lovely decaf cappuccino.                                                                 I’ve dined and stayed at the Covington Hotel multiple times over the previous 5 years. Unfortunately it appears this sleepy gem has evolved into a loud ‘place to be seen’ establishment. The food quality was good but sitting in the company of a 4 top on the left & a 2 top on the right can been too close for comfort. If you do dine here, ensure you are seated at your own table & not on the outside. Yes, it was Saturday night but the service was slow with food & drinks. Our sever was nice, friendly & did her job. Kitchen wait time is out of her control but overall for a 4-5 star dinning, it wasn’t ideal. I will come back but it will be planned in advance with specific asks.

                                                                Coppin's does a great job. Service from Stephen was friendly, upbeat & professional. I took a what I consider a gamble on the oysters starter and they were sublime. The parmesan potato tots where a nice sized portion - easily shareable and were delicious. Our main courses were excellent and overall a great evening. I would highly recommend you give Coppin's a try.
