   Great brunch spot. Interesting menu. No complaints. Biggest perk is being attached to the hotel so you don't need to walk outside in the winter.

   Recomiendo pedir la mantequilla Amish y el steak tartar, sublimes. Pedimos como principales una pasta trufada y hamburguesa. La pasta estaba muy buena, pero la hamburguesa la verdad es que no la recomendaría a nadie

   We walked in for our reservation (15 minutes early), and the manager stated he wasn’t expecting us until 8:45 and that they’re unexpectedly busy and couldn’t seat us until 8:45. A 4 top is open, and set, as well as several tables near the PDR. He suggests we go have cocktails at one of the other bars and come back. We do, and see him peek his head around the corner to gauge where we were at with drinks (weird). Walk back over at 8:50, the same 4-top is still open along with a 2-top. Hostess says we have to get this table cleaned off and then can seat you, and points to one by the door. Whole thing was bizarre - verbiage like as soon as I get our 8:30 reservations seated, we can show you to your table is better than “we weren’t expecting you until XX.” Service was decent, some weird lines she uses but overall great and friendly. Halibut dish is weird. Cipollini onions raw. Miso broth good flavor. Filet order MR, came MW. Baked potato had been sitting, or reheated. Cheese was hard, not bubbly and melty but flavor was good and huge portion. Wouldn’t return.

   Our experience was good, not great. The food was ok. We had the Buffalo Cauliflower and the breading was too thick. The pasta was cold and didn’t have a lot of flavor. The French Onion soup was great. Drinks expensive. We sat at the bar and while the bar tender was nice she was not attentive. She didn’t notice when drinks were empty - we had to ask her, she didn’t ask if we would like another.

   I’ve been coming to this restaurant for years. I hold most if not all of my business meetings here when I travel to Denver but breakfast is always the best.

   The experience was great. Food perfect and creative. The only comment is that tables are very close to accommodate the square footage FYI

    Beautiful place. The food was ok. My fish was overcooked and the broth a bit too salty. The server was excellent but the host was slow and unfriendly. The chairs at the bar were too low as was the couch in the bar area. I wouldn’t return.
